Models to Enhance Practicum Site Development and Clinical Supervision for Behavioral Health Trainees

High-quality practicum experiences and academic-community partnerships are critical to the training of master’s-level behavioral health clinicians. This study will identify strategies used to expand practicum site opportunities, particularly in rural areas, and identify supports and incentivizes given to behavioral health practicum supervisors, who play a vital role in training the future behavioral health workforce.
