Family and household characteristics are identified as factors that affect workforce participation. This study will identify trends in behavioral health workforce employment status (i.e., full-time, part-time, not employed) by occupation, employment setting, geographic location, educational attainment, age, race/ethnicity, and sex, then examine how family and household-level characteristics predict employment status.
