
Comparing Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention Among Providers Employed in CCBHCs and CMHCs
Project Description
Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs) have the potential to enhance the provider experience by increasing staffing levels and offering greater flexibility in how providers deliver services. This study will utilize both traditional qualitative methods and fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) to compare direct service provider job satisfaction across CCBHCs and CMHCs and identify factors associated with turnover intention.
